You can easily swap out images without losing their location or any previously applied animations.
Simply select the image on the canvas or in the layers panel and click the "Replace Image" button in the top toolbar. Just make sure the new image is of a similar size and dimension.

First navigate to "Theme" and disable "Enable Arrows". Then simply create your own icons with an interaction of:

Match the "Theme" color to your background color to create a seamless edge to edge experience.
